Your breakfast begins with freshly-made fruit juice and a cup of good coffee, followed by Greek yoghurt, honey, and fresh fruit. We also offer a selection of local cheeses, pate, either of boar or lamb, and home-made preserves. Our feature dish is quail eggs on an English muffin, ham, and Hollandaise sauce with Balsamic vinegar. Whenever possible our dishes are seasoned using herbs from our own garden.
We buy much of our produce from local producers, some of whom attend the public market in Danville, « La Mante du Carré », which is held in the village every Saturday. Being able to associate the various products with the people who make them helps to develop a close relationship with the producers.
